We treat all entry points, such as doors and overhangs, and use tools like the Webster duster to remove webs and other debris that might harbor pests.

During the initial visit, we may identify other pest issues (e.g., rodent droppings) and recommend additional measures like glue boards or exterior bait stations.
Pest-Specific Solutions
Depending on the type of pest, we apply targeted treatments. (e.g, ants are treated with products that they carry back to their colonies, while spiders are directly targeted with sprays that kill them on contact.)

How often are preventative services scheduled?
The premier plus program starts with an initial service and then continues with regular monthly services March through November. Monthly services are required to properly service mosquitos, ticks, and fleas as this product breaks down on organic material.
Over the winter there are no regular services scheduled, but as always if you are seeing a pest issue inside your home you can schedule a follow-up service and we will take care of a covered pest issue with no additional cost.
What kind of pests do you deal with?
The Premier Plus Program covers general crawling non-wood destroying insects along with yard service for mosquitos, ticks, and fleas.
Common general crawling pests include ants (excluding carpenter ants), beetles (excluding carpenter beetles), centipedes, clover mites, crickets, earwigs, millipedes, pillbugs, silverfish, spiders (brown recluse require a specifically targeted initial service with a follow-up), and stink bugs.

How long is the contract?
The initial service agreement is for one year. After that, regular services continue and can be stopped at any time.
